The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Despite some inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, the room I stayed in had a great shower and plenty of toilet paper. The location was also convenient with easy access to public transport. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Location was fine, maybe a little too far from downtown but a 15 min drive would get you there. Balcony was nice and the key code to enter the house was also nice.
Did not receive the futon on the first night and messaged the owner but had to go through support for contact. , there are no locks to each of the rooms from the outside.

During my stay at Dunbar Luxury Rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely area surrounding the property. The suburb of Dunbar provided a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the availability of public transport just down the street made it convenient to explore the city. The modern lighthouse with an excellent en suite added a touch of charm to my stay. I also appreciated the quietness of the surroundings, allowing for a peaceful rest.
Despite a few minor drawbacks such as poor attention to cleanliness and the lack of certain amenities, I would still recommend Dunbar Luxury Rooms for its pleasant location and comfortable accommodations.
